The Ghost Army is the nickname for the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops — a WWII deception unit that used inflatable tanks, fake radio signals, and psychological tactics to mislead the enemy. Today, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) soldiers carry on that legacy of influence and deception. This decal is a proud nod to that tradition.
