When the transfer tape won't pull the vinyl off the paper, it can be very frustrating.  This happens due to humidity or maybe rough handling through the mail.  Maybe it gets there a bit wrinkled or transfer tape just won't pick up.

Try this method.  Turn the decal over and pull the paper off instead. It might not come off still. But use your thumb to press directly on where it's sticking and peel the paper off close to surface.

When it doesn't stay on transfer tape, keep pushing on the spots, until the whole decal stays on transfer tape.. now install where you want.
