Authorized in 1993, the Manpower and Personnel badge covers four Air Force specialties within Mission Support — including Equal Opportunity and Education and Training — all trained at Keesler AFB. The design pairs an aircraft circling the globe with an olive wreath, and like most Air Force occupational badges, it's earned in stages: Basic after tech school, Senior at the 7-skill level, Master after years in the specialty.
