Civil Affairs (CA) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP) are two of the U.S. Army Special Operations community's most specialized branches. CA soldiers work with civilian populations and governments to support military objectives, while PSYOP soldiers influence adversary behavior through information and messaging. This design represents both communities, paired with the Airborne tab.
