Basic Instructions (more detailed instructions available on included pamphlet) 1. Peel paper off back 2. Place decal in desired location 3. Slowly peel transfer tape off. 4. Let set for a few days before washing.

Thanks for the review, yes, the warrant officer eagle can get large with its proportions. If you need a decal to fit in a certain space, just order the size you think is closest than let us know what max size you want the other size to be.
That decal definately takes me the longest to prepare with all the little feathers.
