Navy Chief Fouled Anchor

The Navy Chief Petty Officer rank or Fouled Anchor in cutout vinyl. Intended for vehicle windows but can be used on any smooth surface. White and lighter colors show better on back vehicle windows. The chain is detailed so we can make it smaller than 6 but will have to take out some more details.

Basic Instructions (more detailed instructions available on included pamphlet)
1. Peel paper off back 
2. Place decal in desired location
3. Slowly peel transfer tape off.
4. Let set for a few days before washing.
